The Old Greek House MustafaPaşa/Nevşehir

The mansion built in the 1800’s and having been popular with the TV series “Asmalı Konak” is an ancient Greek Mansion serving as a hotel and a restaurant since 1992 under the name The Old Greek House.

The upper floor of the mansion is used as a hotel and each room is furnished in a local style in an impressive way. However, if you wish to have more comfort, you may not be pleased with the hotel section. The ground floor of the mansion which is the entrance has been allocated for the restaurant section mostly and besides the dining tables placed in the backyard you can also choose to dine in the private dining rooms here.

In this decent restaurant which is run by a family, the dishes are cooked by the owner Ms. Emine. If you ever happen to visit Mustafapaşa, famous with its magnificent Greek houses, freshly cooked delicious soups, beans, stuffed vine leaves, diced lamb fried on iron plate, ravioli and baklava and rice pudding as the dessert are the main dished worth tasting. One of the most important things to consider with regard to the Old Greek House is the reservation. If you want to taste the dishes at this all-time full and busy restaurant, you should have a reservation made beforehand.
